14 Day ‘Change Of Mind’ Return Policy

In the event that you change your mind about an item, we offer a 14 day return and refund policy. If you would like to return an item, we will do this with pleasure so long as we are informed within 14 days of your receipt. Please contact us by telephone or email to advise of your wish to return an item. We will reply and give you the returns shipping address.

You have another 14 days to return the goods to us once you have told us.

*All refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item (The price of the item only, this will not include our delivery cost to send them to you)

Liability of Returns

*You will be liable for delivery and return costs, ensuring the item reaches us safely.

Refunds will be with you no longer than 14 days of the return.

The refund will be processed using your original payment method.

Antique & Vintage

As with all our Antique and Vintage items we do endeavor to describe them as accurately as possible, listing any damages or wear alongside clear photographs to accompany this. Please carefully check all imagery and read the full description of such items before purchase so you are satisfied with any age related wear/damage the item may have.

New Goods

Please note that all NEW items must be returned in perfect condition, with original tags attached and in the original packaging. Antique and Vintage items must not have been altered in any way and be returned in the condition they were sent. Alternate packaging may be used but please ensure the item is fully protected from damage as we will not be liable for damages against the original listing.

Damaged/Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately either by telephone or email so we can deal with the issue as quickly as possible and return to you, the customer, a full refund for all incurred costs. We will discuss the return delivery options at no cost to yourself and upon receipt of the damaged item, we will process your refund for the price of the goods plus the delivery charge you had paid.

This does not affect your statutory rights as you do have 28 days in which to return the damaged or faulty goods back to us.

If the item has been damaged in transit or If there is any damage visible to the packaging on arrival, please take photos before opening and mark the delivery note as ‘damaged’. We will upon the return of the damaged item, issue a full refund for the price of the goods plus the delivery charge you have paid.
